Traveling this Thanksgiving holiday? At least one travel analytics expert is warning U.S. drivers they may have a long road ahead.

INRIX last week released its annual Thanksgiving traffic forecast, which says drivers may be less than thankful for all their neighbors on the road this year. According to the forecast, drivers can expect to be in traffic 50 percent longer than on a normal day, with the worst congestion focused around New York (Manhattan, brace for a 74 percent delay—yikes), Miami, and Boston on the East Coast. The West Coast can’t quite breathe easy, though—those folks can expect to sit in traffic about 30 percent longer than normal around the holiday.
