Parking Education Partners (PEP)

IPI's Parking Education Partners (PEP) program allows administrative and frontline staff to build expertise and skills while staying current on industry trends.  PEP is a collaborative certificate program that works with organizations to address skills gaps and meet professional development goals.  This program will come to you!

How does the program work?

PEP is a non-degree certificate program designed to offer knowledge and skills that are required of today's parking professionals.

PEP consists of two core components:  course content and the course assessment.

Course assessment.  Each participant scoring 70 percent or better on the end-of-course assessment will receive a certificate of successful completion.  Assessment questions are aligned to the objectives of each course, ensuring that what is tested is in the course content.

Course Content. Attending an in-person education program offers networking opportunities, promotes the exchange of ideas, and presents a wonderful opportunity to learn from peers. Participants will gain knowledge and skills that directly and immediately transfer to greater on-the-job effectiveness.

How is this a partnership between my organization and IPI?

We'll be your education partner! You handle registration, just tell us your educational needs and we'll find the perfect subject matter expert facilitator for that topic of content--an experienced, inspiring, experienced parking professional who will make every classroom minute count. IPI will create the participant manuals, assessments, and evaluations, and deliver them to your door. IPI conducts the training, scores the evaluations, and mails personalized certificates to those who pass the assessment. Costs to partner organizations are dependent on the number of participants and travel expenses of the facilitator(s), in addition to an administrative fee, but the total investment is modest.
