Yvonne oversees the daily activities of the Membership Department. She maintain's IPI's extensive membership database and works closely with the Membership Committee to develop new membership recruitment promotions and retention programs. She's directly responsible for producing the Who's Who in Parking membership data book, eNews, and the association's publications catalog.

Lorraine is responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting IPI's Information Technology, including our web site, the office network, hardware and software and supporting IPI's members and staff in related issues.

Faith manages IPI's accounting, insurance and investment programs. She works with the association's Finance Committee, management information systems, and is responsible for all financial data/input with the membership database.

Lauri manages and administers all Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) Program activities.  She recently became the Associate Editor of The Parking Professional magazine.  She also works closely with the Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, committee chairs and state and regional associations.  Lauri handles the Awards of Excellence Program and assists with various ongoing projects including the annual conference and training.

Jean is a member of IPI's Sales and Marketing Group, specializing in conference exhibits.  She is an intrigal part of coordinating the annual conference.  Jean also handles additional administrative duties.

Aisha is most likely the first person you will speak with when calling our offices.  In addition to handling informational phone calls and emails, Aisha assists the Accounting, Membership, and Publications Department on a daily basis.
