MTA METRO-NORTH RAILROAD


MTA will be issuing a Request for Proposal for a system wide Parking Operation Agreement/License to operate and maintain specified Metro-North Railroad parking facilities that currently include 34 locations with 13,600 parking. Continued parking capital expansion to meet ridership increases is ongoing.

The new term with the successful proposer is to begin in spring 2009 after negotiations are completed.

PORT OF OAKLAND
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT


The Port of Oakland, owner and operator of the Oakland International Airport, seeks interested, qualified companies to submit qualifications and proposals to manage, operate, and maintain the Airport’s Public Parking facilities through a management contract.  The Request for Proposals (RFP) and related documents, including details on minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria are available on the Port of Oakland’s website http://www.portofoakland.com/business/rfpsrfqs.asp#AirportParking, or contact Alma Peña, Airport Parking Operations Superintendent at 510-563-3243. 

A contract would be covered by the Department of Transportation's Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program under Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 23. 

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, in the In-transit Lounge at Oakland International Airport (Terminal 1), Oakland, California.

CITY OF SUMMIT, NEW JERSEY

DOWNTOWN PARKING ASSESSMENT STUDY


The City of Summit is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide consulting services for a "Downtown Parking Assessment Study". The RFP is available at www.cityofsummit.org.

Proposals are due, Monday, May 12, 2008 by 11 AM.

There is a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Monday, April 28, 2008 at 10 AM at City Hall.
