Fort Lee, NJ Cracks Down On Handicapped Parking Abuse.  The Fort Lee ADA Committee, headed by Chairperson Bobbi Wailes, who has used a wheelchair since age of 12 and has been a handicapped driver since 18, have committed themselves to ending handicapped parking abuse by using the Parking Authority and Police Department's help.
