ParkHouston services and maintains 9,500 parking spaces throughout the greater Houston area. When the organization decided to measure its effectiveness as compared with other parking organizations, earning IPI’s Accredited Parking Organization (APO) certification was a natural direction.

“Reviewing the matrix gave us the opportunity to identify our strengths and areas for improvement. The process provided information so that we could make decisions regarding operations that would improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our organization,” they wrote in a case study on their experience.
