Two-Day Symposium Provides Insights on Best Practices and Latest Technology

At the third annual two-day CARES Symposium, presented by the Cleveland Clinic in cooperation with the International Parking Institute (IPI), and Parking Solutions, Inc., attendees will discover how the Cleveland Clinic’s award-winning parking operations effectively balance the parking needs of patients, employees, visitors, and guests as it operates 44,000 spaces, 11 garages, 116 surface lots, and 24 valet locations that serve 50,000 internal customers in the Northeast Ohio Health System.
What began a few years ago with a forum for hospital parking professionals to learn about the
Cleveland Clinic’s innovative CARES model (Customer experience, Available parking, Responsible finance, Engaged employees, Sustainable business), has become a highly interactive annual event where healthcare professionals from around the world gather to learn and share.
This year’s theme is Driving Forward –Using Technology, Data, and Best Practices to Improve Your Transportation and Parking Operations. Among the symposium highlights:
• Keynote address by Gordon M. Snow, chief of protective services at the Cleveland Clinic.
• Update on the latest parking technology.
